ParaNorman , the new stop-motion animation from Focus Features, has released a new international trailer in which plucky young Norman finds himself defending his town from a horde of shambling zombies.
Directed by Coraline writer Chris Butler, the film will follow the adventures of young Norman (Kodi Smit-McPhee), an unusual lad with a handy ability to commune with the dead.
Initially, his “skills” are only good for impressing the local kids, but when Norman’s town comes under attack from the walking dead, the onus is suddenly on him to find a way to stop them.

Also featuring the vocal talents of Casey Affleck, Anna Kendrick, Christopher Mintz-Plasse, Leslie Mann, Jeff Garlin and John Goodman, ParaNorman will open in the UK on 14 September 2012. Lock up your brains, there are zombies on the loose…
