Neil Gaiman is making a video game about a ghost–what else? The author of The Sandman comics, Coraline, and American Gods has teamed up with The Odd Gentlemen, developers of The Misadventures of P.B. Winterbottom, to create Wayward Manor.

A poor specter just wants some peace, but a family of living miscreants make its rest less than peaceful when they move into its house. To reclaim the ghost’s gentle repose, players will have to learn about each individual family member and decide how best to scare the bejeezus out of them.
Wayward Manor is planned for release this fall on PC, Mac, and tablets. You can preorder a PC/Mac copy for $10 on its official website, or spend $9,990 extra for a complimentary dinner with Gaiman in Los Angeles. Whichever.
