You might not expect it, but console preference apparently coincides with distinct tastes in pornography. Adult streaming site YouPorn has released a comprehensive set of statistics culled from anonymous analytics showing how porn-viewing preferences and demographics break down across PlayStation, Xbox, and Wii.

The blog post (opens in new tab) – which is relatively safe for work aside from the category names – breaks it down all kinds of ways, but I was particularly delighted by how “on brand” Xbox and Wii porn viewers are: Xbox users search for Halo porn 589 percent more often than the other two console families consoles, while Wii users (it’s not clear whether that includes Wii U) octorok their world with Zelda porn a whopping 1,082 percent more than the others.

PlayStation’s relative dearth of mascots is apparent, with no mention of Nathan Drake, Toro Inoue, or Nariko in the search data. I’m sure they’re out there somewhere, but PlayStation fans are just too busy looking up taxi and party videos to get half-untucked with the PlayStation All-Stars.
