What are Doomfists abilities in overwatch

Doomfist is finally in here (opens in new tab), meaning we can move on with our lives. However, what can he actually do in Overwatch (opens in new tab)?

And here’s a little more specific info on each of his skills

Hand cannon

Shotgun style, infinite range weapon with spread. No damage fall-off. Reloads automatically.
– 6 pellets fired, 11 damage per pellet.
– 4 shot ammo capacity.

Rising Uppercut

A close range punch that knock an enemy up and back.
– Damage: 50.
– Cooldown: 7 seconds.

Seismic Slam

Leap forward and smash the ground.
Damage: 40-125.
– Cooldown: 7 seconds.

Rocket Punch

Hold to charge then release to launch forward and knock an enemy back. Damage increases if the enemy hits a wall.
– Damage: 49-100 on hit, plus +50-150 if target gets knocked into a wall.
– Cooldown: 4 seconds.

Meteor Strike

Leap up into the air. Move the targeting circle, then press primary fire to strike the targeted area.
Damage: 300 at centre (dropoff on the edges).
– Area of effect: ~7 meters.
– Charge required: 1500 points.

The Best Defense…

Dealing damage with abilities creates temporary personal shields.
Passive.
– Health: +30 barriers per enemy hit with any of the three abilities, +75 barriers per enemy hit with ultimate ability. Maximum of 150.
– Duration: 1 second delay, -3 barriers per second.
