PS Plus Video Pass goes live in Poland today, heres how it works

PlayStation Plus Video Pass is official, but it’s only going live as a test in Poland for now.

According to a new interview on Polish tech site Spider’s Web (opens in new tab) (via VGC (opens in new tab)) with Sony Interactive Entertainment vice president of global services Nick Maguire, the PS Plus Video pass is a new video-on-demand app . If you live in Poland and subscribe to PS Plus, all you need to do to start streaming the Video Pass’ selection movies and TV shows is install the app from the Movies and TV section of your PS4 or the Media tab on your PS5 and sign in with your existing PSN account.

Here’s the initial lineup of films and series coming to PS Plus Video Pass, which Maguire says will be refreshed on a quarterly basis. The test is currently set to run for 12 months.

Maguire said Sony is interested in seeing how Polish subscribers use PS Plus Video Pass, but he can’t yet say when or if the company will bring it to other regions.
